Carolina BBQ Pulled Pork Melts

Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) container prepared barbecue shredded pork
- 6 sandwich buns, toasted
- 6 Cache Valley Mild Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 6 strips bacon, cooked crisp, sliced in half
- 6 tbsp prepared honey mustard barbecue sauce
Directions
Heat pork according to package directions; spread on sandwich buns. Top each sandwich with 1 Cache Valley Mild Cheddar Cheese Slice, 2 pieces bacon and 1 tablespoon honey mustard barbecue sauce.
