Texas BBQ Chopped Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups (16 oz) prepared barbecue shredded chicken
- 1 (12 oz) package chopped iceberg lettuce blend
- 1/2 cup prepared ranch dressing
- 1 (8 oz) package Cache Valley Medium Cheddar Block Cheese, diced
- 1/2 cup each: sliced black olives, chopped tomatoes
Directions
Place barbecue chicken in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high (full power) for 3 minutes. Arrange chopped iceberg lettuce blend on platter.
Layer warm chicken over salad. Drizzle ranch dressing over chicken. Top with diced Cache Valley Medium Cheddar Block Cheese, black olives and tomatoes.
